How to request deletion

You have the right to ask 1TechSpace to delete your personal data. Choose whichever option suits you:

• Email contact@1techspace.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your name, the phone number or email address associated with the data, and the product or service concerned (for example WaaS or AutoPrint).
• Call or WhatsApp us on +91 88305 94685 from the number you want removed.
• Use the contact form on our website and mention that this is a data deletion request.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
• We will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of verification.
• Copies in backups are removed on the normal backup cycle, within 90 days.
• We will confirm to you once the deletion is complete.

What we may need to keep

We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example invoices and tax records), to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud — and, for messaging, a record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.

Messages sent by a business

If you received a WhatsApp message from a business that uses 1TechSpace, that business controls the data. You can reply STOP to opt out, and you may ask us or the business to delete your conversation data. We will pass verified requests to the relevant business or act on them directly.

Facebook / Meta data

If you connected a Facebook or WhatsApp account to a 1TechSpace product, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites, and email us to delete the data we hold.
