1. Acceptance

By accessing https://1techspace.in or using any 1TechSpace product or service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Data Policy. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Services

1TechSpace provides software products and custom development services. Features, plans and pricing for each product are described on its page or in a written order or proposal, and may change with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the actions of your staff.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, deceptive or infringing.
• Do not upload malware, attempt to break or probe our systems, or interfere with other users.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use our messaging features in a way that breaches the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

5. WhatsApp messaging

Where a product sends WhatsApp messages, you must obtain valid opt-in from every recipient before messaging them, honour opt-out requests promptly, and only send content permitted under WhatsApp's policies. Access depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta; we are not responsible for changes, outages or enforcement actions by Meta. 6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into our services. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Policy.

7. Fees and payment

Paid plans are charged as stated in your order or on the product page, are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise, and are subject to applicable taxes including GST. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

1TechSpace and its licensors own the software, branding and documentation of our products. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Custom work is owned as agreed in the relevant written contract.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1TechSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or put the service or other users at risk. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution process agreed in a written contract.
